First Mirror's Edge screenshots revealed

About a week ago scans for Mirror's Edge, DICE's new first person action-adventure game were released. We decided to wait for the official images to be posted up and here they are, looking better than ever before.

All we know about Mirror's Edge is that the game will grant the player a vast sense of freedom and with EA DICE (who previously worked on the Battlefield series) taking on development duties for the game, we have every reason to be excited about the title, which will be released by the end of the year.

Wow, I see that second shot and all I can think of is 'Next gen Breakdown' ... and if thats the case, and they don't skimp on it, it could be an awesome game.

RPS talked about this a few days ago and it sounds particularly awesome - trying to make a truly immersive FPS built around parkour / free-running. I hope they can pull it off.
