Yes it's Real Bout Special. Fatal Fury 3 was a good guess - it's based on the Fatal Fury 3 Engine. Next time I do a fighting game I'll edit out the names to avoid google cheatery.

Adam, slow down... and learn the rules.
If someone posts a pic and there are a few guesses in the thread, wait TWO DAYS for the original poster to come back and give a yes or no.
If someone guesses right, it is then their turn to post a pic.
It's not a free for all, otherwise there would be two million pics here already.
Finally, definitely definitely don't post a SECOND pic before waiting the aforementioned TWO DAYS for someone to guess the game.

I only found out the reason recently for the music changes during NiGHTS stages was due to the mood of the Nightopians living there.
Yes, I do own a Saturn, yes I do own NiGHTS, yes, I do suck.
