So one of my friends cannot call my mobile from her mobile. Unfortunately she's also the person who tries to all me the most. Yay.
Anyway, I can call her fine, but if she ever tries to call me she gets a message almost straight away that says " the person you are trying to call does not have an active voice mail box." But the thing is I do, and I don't know why it would divert her calls straight to the voicemail anyway.
I'm on Optus, she's on telstra. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? _________________

You need to call your service provider. If she does it too, the problem will go away. _________________

That's very likely a fault on the Optus end with the coding on the line. You'll probably need to call Optus up and explain the situation. It could be a bad batch of Telstra numbers that have the same issue too.
Could be the Telstra line though, but in most cases it's the receivers line that's the problem. _________________

Well, I can call her fine, everyone else can also call me fine... I'll give Optus a call and see what the haps is.
Update: One hour of tech support later and they couldn't fix the problem. _________________
