Great review Cian and I'm amazed by the score. I'll be waiting for the PC release so I hope it lives up to the hype. If Batman AA was a 9/10 game, Batman AC needed to think big to be better. A fitting final review.

GAHHH my collectors edition better come today in the post... Good review although i think when you listed the villians you meant Talia Al Gaul - rather then the other villian you mentioned... AH - i hope that wasn't a spoiler in the review
But no - great review, well written and i am glad this game got the score i feel from reading about it so far it deserved.

Fingers crossed my copy arrives in the next few days, the downside of ordering online . The amount of times i've walked past a shop with the game "in stock" over the last few days, i'd be playing it now.... albeit not as cheap as i ordered it for.

That's one hell of a review to end on. It's a terrific game that everyone needs to play at least once. _________________

Seems unlikely, that particular device would be more suited to circulating air than writing video game reviews. However, you could hold a keyboard up against the blades while it spins. With a bit of luck, it might manage to write something at least as good as the latest Adam Sandler movie.
Great review, Cian. Sorry to see you go, and just when I'd finally learned how to pronounce your name.

O.O a 10!?
Way to go out with a bang, Cian. I guess I should atleast try and track down a demo, if there is one.

Unbelieveable!! I got this last week when JB Hifi broke the release date, and im still only at 33% complete!! Im shocked that more of you dont already have it too.
Anyone who played the 1st game knew that this game was gonna kick serious ass and show up many of the other companies out there spitting out crap for the masses.
A great game to have as your farewell review too Cian! Every word was true without any exageration In fact im gonna jump back on it now ( I only took a break to see if you had posted your review yet) And a top shelf review at that!!

I'd be more interested if the previous one wasn't hyped up as being god. I found that game to be somewhat underwhelming, so I'll be renting this before making a purchase.

He tells the truth. I didn't think much of Asylum at all, but still bought this one and I don't regret it one bit. I don't even know Batman beyond Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. Highly recommend! _________________

He's the only DC hero I actually like.
It's pretty hard not buying this till after Uncharted 3 comes out.BAA was brilliant and this is even better. Also I saw someones comment mention the were 400 secretswhich is AWESOME as hell.

Before Arkham Assylum I think the NES Batman (if you don't count Lego Batman maybe) was the only Batman I had ever played. _________________ Welcome to the internet. Where any joke can turn into WWIII.

Bah, he's a crappy character that forces writers to write everyone else as being bordelrine incompentent/retarded to make him seem not completly fucking useless.

Wow, was always going to pick this up, but now makes waiting for it even harder. Skipped some of the review, because I don't want ANY spoilers, but was great from what I read and made me really excited to play this. _________________

cause if there's one thing DC doesn't do enough of, it's make animated addapations of Batman
I mean jesus we've had Mask of the Phantasam, Sub Zero, Mystery of the Batwoman, Return of the Joker, Gotham Knights, Year one, Red Hood, Batman vs Dracula as well as Batman: TAS, Batman Brave and the Bold, The Batman, and the upcoming animated series that have all lasted for like 3 or 4 seasons. _________________

you hated, Mask of the Phantasm, Return of the Joker and Brave and the Bold?
Dude... what?!
Ok I can understand Brave and the Bold since that's mainly for people that love the obscure DC stuff, but Mask and Return? They're pretty much accepted as some of the best Batman animated stuff made. _________________
