Sounds cool! Will have to keep an eye on this.
I find that the test with these kind fo games is wheather or not the 'feature' is integral to the game play. If the gravity manipulation is a big part of getting through levels, and it can be used in a variety of ways, this might be cool. If you can just play it normally and the gravity feature is an optional extra then you are just left with another gears.
Anyway the wirte up made it sound ok so here's hoping

For 360 maybe, but what about Uncharted 3? That will be just as good as GoW3, if not better.

Classifying uncharted 3 as a third person shooter is not doing justice to the uncharted games.
That's like saying Mass Effect 3 is a third person shooter, yeah there are third person shooting elements but there is a lot more to the game then just that.
