Read the Brotherhood novel. It'll tell you a little bit more about what happened between Ezio and Rosa. _________________

I'm guessing now its going to be a Turkish woman, maybe an Assassin? Since Ezio is getting old I am thinking this will be kind of the chronicle of the rest of his life, maybe we will even see his death, so it has to happen at some point.
|
Check out the trailers for AC: Embers, it's a short animated film that follows Ezio after Revelations as an old man with a daughter and comes with most Special Editions.
His wife is a ranga so I doubt she's turkish.
My bet would be Revelations is going to lead up to Ezio retiring and realizing he wants to have a life outside of being an assassin. _________________

I have been playing this since Wednesday for review, which I'm aiming to have ready for the embargo time of Tuesday 9am.
I can't say much now, but three Sequences in, it has yet to live up to the subtitle... Fingers crossed that it will still have a chance to pick up.

Ok, so I just finished Revelations. I'm under embargo till Tuesday morning at 9am... so while I can't say anything now, I can guarantee the review will be up then for sure _________________

It's obviously a design decision, albeit an odd one.
I kinda like it though _________________

I don't mind it too much either. I really like the encyclopaedia, it's far better than I imagined it would be. _________________

There's meant to be two versions of the Encyclopedia, the one that comes with the Animus edition, and Another that you can order online, its got a bunch of additional art from Artists around the world of various 'assassins' from different time periods and cultures. _________________

Picked up the animus edition as well today and i also thought EB squashed it with it being so skewed. Had a quick flick through the encyclopaedia and am very impressed with the quality of it. Will definitely sit down and read it after finishing revelations because apparently there are some spoilers in it.
After finishing the first 2 chapters i feel weird... It dosen't really seem like an AC game so far although i did enjoy the den defence meta game. Hopefully it picks up as it goes along like the others. Although i have to say i picked up the multiplayer by playing a round to see if it has improved and by George this may pull me away from BF3 for a few months if i let it take hold. The amount of content and customisation options alone, along with much better gameplay mechanics and overall feel make me feel that this may last longer then brotherhood lasted me.

I really like how the original Assassin's Creed game is data on the revelations disc and you can install the full thing rather than a separate disc. _________________

I get that its a tutorial of sorts, but it seems like all the best bits are in non-interactive cutscenes. Even the captain confrontation is a literal walk and stab. I did like the ghost guide though..... _________________

Worst release window ever.
My house is full of Assassin's Creed fans, but all of them are too busy playing Skyrim to even consider buying Revelations, myself included.
Anyone else in the same boat? _________________
