Strange considering PSN has MK2 and XBL has MK3.
Still, nice package I guess. _________________ Shin J Leon.

Good idea. But I'll just stick to MK9. _________________

I'm glad they're including UMK3 rather than MK3. _________________

Hopefully they're better conversions than the MK2 on PSN. And hopefully they modify the CPU behaviour so it doesn't 'cheat' like in the original arcade versions to get more cash out of you. _________________ PSWii60

I only ever played Ultimate MK3, and have no reason to believe that it isn't superior to MK3. Still think it's the best MK that I've played (although the new one is pretty damned good from the brief play I've had). _________________

UMK3 is considered by many (including Ed Boon) to be the best of the original 2D MK Games. MK2 will always have that special place for me though. _________________ PSWii60

I'm going to download this. End of story. I can't recall the amount of hours I played, playing the original Mortal Kombat and Mortal Kombat 2 on the Super Nintendo. It was awesome. The Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection will enable me to play Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, something I have been longing to do. _________________

UMK3 cut a lot of voices, though, and I don't know if there's ever been a version that restored them. It feels a bit lifeless to me.

Sorry, any version that cuts animalities is automatically inferior. _________________

They couldn't fit it on the cart...
I'd take the extra characters in the SNES version over Animalities any day.
