The extra content, about four hours worth, is confirmed to be part of the third act. I'm happy to hear this. Myself an a lot of other fans felt that act was a lot shorter and emptier than the two before, so to hear they're expanding it is good news.

I'm not sure if the PC version will be getting the Enhanced Edition. What has now been announced though is the release date for 360 version: April 17th in the U.S. We'll probably see a release at about the same time.

No graphical updates for the EE? boo  I know Witcher 2 is still one of the most gorgeous games out there but a few new bells & whistles a year later would still have been cool, like with the first game. As great as it looks I couldn't help feel that the visuals were very saturated at times. New areas with new quests sounds good though, you can't fault these people for treating those who've already bought the game very well.
I'll do a new playthrough when the EE comes out.

I will buy that collectors edition regardless of whether or not I'll play it. I always get giddy over anything Witcher.
I'm a terrible, terrible fanboy of Geralt and it disturbs me.
And yeah I agree, the 360 version looks fucking gorgeous. Amazing job with the tech.
