MP looks to have been improved a fair amount.
SP is pretty boring imo. That is until the jet level. It was on-rails sure, but WOAH AT THE INTENSITY. Ultra detail is ridiculous 
Serious mind-shatter from that level. Certainly an audio-visual treat.

I just called EB and JB. They are still saying 27th for release.
Funny thing I noticed on the Aus Xbox website, it says 25th as release date.

You can get it for a bit cheaper if you want to buy via gamersgate. If you buy via amazon you can get the special dogtag kit too. You will need a vpn if you want to go path of amazon though.

I bet hardware manufacturers are celebrating. This is the first game in a long time that will properly push modern PCs - I'd hazard a guess and say Crysis was the last game to do it back in 2007.
Looks like my 5770 will be running this thing on "medium"... I hope.

Stuff knows when I will be getting this game.I was gonna buy it on release day (console) but I didn't know DBZ UT was coming out soon.Also after DBZ I will be getting Saints Row The Third and I'm going to TRY and not buy any games until I'm bored shitless of SRTT which could be months into 2012

I started playing the single player campaign earlier and just completed it (Xbox 360). I enjoyed it in the same way I do a Call of Duty campaign. It was a good bit of brief fun, but I can't see myself playing through it again when I grab the PC and PS3 copies of the game. Now i'm looking forward to jumping into the co-op campaign when my mates grab the game before giving my life to some good old multiplayer.

The one thing about Origin that shits all over over Steam at this point in time, is the download speeds.

Really? I'm liking it, its very energetic, I like the way the COD games and this game do SP, its not that memorable or original and god knows war settings tend to bore me, but its scripted and laid out in such a way that it's a blast to play through once! Its the kind of game I have to play in small doses though.
Oh yes so I caved and bought this game even though I said I wouldn't for a while. I won't be playing the multiplayer for a while though.
I'm amazed how beautiful this game is above all, I would say its on par with The Witcher 2 and Crysis 2 (with those graphic mods.) The attention to detail is really impressive. and like those games I can put all settings on Ultra with my graphics card even though my CPU is kinda old, makes me happy because I guess I wont be needing another upgrade for quite a while
