Ooo SF fan, personally I sucked the fat one at both, always cracked the sads when the sister would just button mash me to hell in either of them, and killer instinct, as clayfighter, and basically any fighter we got our hands on.
Whereas I laughed heartily at Trog, because that involved cognitive thought and using her as a decoy. ^__^

I've loved the past few weeks. Parodius is a great game, I absolutely loved it as a child, especially how it never made any sense. Gunstar Heroes I actually still own, in mint condition, its great. And any Castlevania game is top shelf in my opinion. Great past few weeks Irvyne, keep it up!
Oh, I completely disagree with your Streets of Rage 2 review 
Did you ever get around to reviewing Zombies Ate My Neighbours (stay away from the disappointing sequel Ghoul Patrol)?

This week it's Zombies (Ate My Neighbours) as well as two versions of Aladdin (that took three times as long to edit...) and Plok. Y'know, it can be a little hard trying to focus on the retro gaming when Xenoblade and now Batman are screaming out to me, "Play me! Play me!" I shall persevere though!

I remember really enjoying the animations on Googerman as well as the general appeal (also being a young boy at the time). However, I do recall the difficulty with the platforming and the controls. I do miss the 90's though, they had some great games back then
You should review Wonderboy III - The Dragon's Trap; easily one of the best games ever made
