What?
On the Personal Hotspot settings it tells you how to connect via WiFi, Bluetooth or USB?

Not on my iPhone. It just tells me how to connect via Bluetooth or USB. Hmm, after doing some reading up, maybe I just need to update my iPhone's OS.
My screen should look like this, apparently:
But it doesn't.
Edit: Well, so much for that! I updated my phone's OS, but there's no change. It turns out that if you don't have an iPhone 4, then you simply can't turn on Wi-Fi sharing. I'm rather disappointed. So, there's a warning for any of you who intend to use your iPhone as a connection for your Vita, you'd better hope you have an iPhone 4!

Screw that, the times can get with me.  I just finished paying off my 3GS in December, cost me over 1k over the course of the contract. I don't plan to replace it unless it stops working, heh.
