Well if you think that looks delicious you should see some of my prized dishes

Im really not happy with the presentation of that. Actually I half regretted posting it after I did. Should have started with something that looks better (:

Anyway this is what I made just now, its a Chicken and Potato Provençale with pancetta :]

PIZZA!

- Eggplant
- Zucchini
- Mushroom
- Capsicum
- Hot salami

Base is tomato and olive paste mixed with a little bit of vindaloo paste. Topped with mozzarella.

YUM!

Made a pretentious gourmet pizza with bacon, salami, tomato paste, onion, capsicum, feta cheese, rocket, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes on a pita bread. Was pretty badass.

only regret is not adding normal shredded cheese as well, would have helped hold it all together a bit better.
