I think the "it will recorrect itself" theory was right.
Sony were probably sitting on their arses going "what the fuck we gonna do?".
All in all, don't ever do that again Sony. _________________

Apparently if you are missing trophy set for a particular game, you need to load that game up and then do a trophy synch, they should come back. _________________ XBL/PSN/Steam: BenC82

I've got my own set of questions.
1. How do we know this not happen again down the line if indeed internal 'clock calculations are wrong' This is based on the theory that the clock counted 2010 as a leap year.
2. Are they going to do something about having to be connected to the internet to play games just for trophies? I am sure there must a be better way. It's kind of stupid saying oh I can't play (for example) heavenly sword cos my trophies can't sync.....So I have to wait 24 hours to make sure my PS3 rights itself, reestablishes it's ability to sync trophies and then only play a single player game.
How can we let anyone get away with that so easily? _________________

You don't have to be online to play trophy games. I often don't, and my cousin never does. I think it was just some weird glitch or something.

cool no worries. just wanted to confirm that it was in relation to my post that's all. But yesterday when i started any game and it tried to sync the trophies it fails and I'd have to exit. So basically my understanding was if the trophies can't sync it won't start. I think this is where I was coming from based on what I had experienced.
This may or may not be a related issue to the date change. OR it could be an issue in it's own right that surfaced because of the date issue. I am more than happy to be wrong. _________________
