If it's not written down in the terms and conditions (which should be the same across all EB's) they are acctually in breach of contract. If it's not written down anywhere then that policy can not be held against you as it was not part of the original contract you entered into when you purchased the game.
Hows that for getting all legal on your ass _________________

The Swanston Street EB Games store (Melbourne CBD) has always allowed me to price match, regardless of distance. I was able to price match Kmart's price for Yakuza 3, even though the close Kmart was way outside of the CBD _________________

Depends on management. There are two EBs near me, one will price match anywhere, the other will price match only nearby stores.
And the good one was under bad management for about a month and would actually CALL THE STORE you were price matching every single time. O_o But they got rid of her. yay. _________________
