Great review Brendan. Im yet to own a hockey game for my still new 360, so I'll keep this one in mind. It looks like this has trounced it's competitor NHL2K10. It would be great to see you review it though to use as a PALGN head to head..

There are so many improvements over 09 - i feel that it's well justified buying this even if your not a big hockey fan.
It's what 09 should have been like, The main thing I felt was a letdown personally was be a pro mode, it needs to go deeper, they touched it up a bit this year but I was spewing when you couldn't request a trade and was stuck with the same team.
The fighting is heaps fun too!

Great game, it's a shame that i've shuffled it behind more recent releases as they kept on coming out. Hope to get back into it soon.
