Hey guys, figured it might be helpful if we had a 'im stuck' thread for Monkey Island...
I know I had a few facepalm moments when I played through it.
So yeah, if your stuck post your problem, and maybe one of the palgners like myself who have beaten the game, or have passed where you are can help you out.
Anyway... time to see if the thread lives or dies

I'm stuck at the buying the game puzzle. I don't seem to have any money in my bank account and I don't get paid until tuesday. Anyone know the solution to this?

Puzzles have been great too, easy, but clever. However I'm stuck in the last act of piracy. (even though I know what to do) SPOILERS

SPOILERS
you have to attempt to climb up the boats anchor/chain, he will then pour hot ash on you, which will light the grease, then your good to go. The puzzle to get him off is not that simple, so if you need more help just post again in here.

Thanks alot mate! Worked like a charm. I was attempting it the other way round, I climbed the anchor chain first, then tried the plank.
