Hey I recently just got back into GT Legends, giving me old Logitech MOMO Racing Wheel I've had for awhile now a reviving life, and I was wondering does anyone still play the PC Racing Sim Games that are out including just to name a few,
Richard Burns Rally
GT Legends
GTR
GTR 2
I'm sure there is more out there but let me know if anyone here play these and seeing about racing online with one another. _________________ Became a DAD on the 29/10/09 @ 10:47am, to a 7lbs 71/2oz baby girl, named Gianne Lee Joseph-Webster.

I do, often.
I have the logitech MoMo also. Quite a nice wheel.
I add to that list....
Test Drive Unlimited
Live For Speed
Race 07
Dirt Track Racing
all Need For Speed games
V8 Supercars 3
and Flatout series.
I dont have time to race online though, sorry. I have too many game reviews to write.

Have you manage to get your MoMo wheel to work perfect on LFS?, I cant for the life of me to get it to work like GT Legends and Test Drive Unlimited, I've tried to search online for it but nothing. _________________ Became a DAD on the 29/10/09 @ 10:47am, to a 7lbs 71/2oz baby girl, named Gianne Lee Joseph-Webster.

Yes I do actually.
You have to turn off "Combined pedals" and then you will be able to configure them individually.
You will find this switch in the Control Panel/game Controllers. Then highlight your Momo wheel in the available list and select properties for it. The untick Combined Pedals.

yeah did that I should of said with the Wheel, I cant seem to get it to match up with the ingame and it drives me nuts, like I only have to move it 2 inches to the right or left and the ingame steering wheel will be fully turned around. _________________ Became a DAD on the 29/10/09 @ 10:47am, to a 7lbs 71/2oz baby girl, named Gianne Lee Joseph-Webster.

Bit late to the party here, but if you really want to get into simracing you should definately check out iRacing. It's a subscription based online service with great graphics and the best physics model yet seen in a racing simulator.
It's made and run by ex-Papyrus (GP Legends etc.) developers and they've just teamed up with Aussie race driver Marcus Ambrose to promo the game in Australia and NZ with a view to launching some servers here. Check out www.iRacing.com.
rFactor is also woth checking out.

They're not sim games, but I enjoy TrackMania and Burnout Paradise with the occasional MicroMachines v4 game thrown in when I've got mates around.
Last serious sim driving game I played was Grand Prix 2 and I never got too far in that =\ _________________

If you've got a copy of both GTR2 and GT Legends (which can be bought in a combined pack), check out "Power and Glory mod". It required both games to install (mods GRT2 but needs resources from a GTL disc) and effectively upgrades the GT Legends cars to the newer physics engine with a couple of key changes.
The main one being, unlike GTL which renders old cars on new tyres. PnGmod actually simulates the old style cross-ply tyres from the 60's and 70's. Its an entirley different kind of racing, and so much fun.
They have also overhauled all the cars and they look fabulous.
It also has a pretty big online following (particularly in Aus and the UK). You can usually find a decent group of Aussies racing on Saturday nights.

The new Need for Speed games are terrible, Most Wanted was good. Try something like Grid?

I was really hoping they would port Forza 2 to PC, that was a great racing game. Though I sucked at it without all the assists on... _________________
