your standard jaffle, cheese, spaghetti, phili cream cheese and butter on both top sides, to stop sticking.

bread, mayonnaise, cheese, sprinkling of pepper, oregano and basil (or dried italian herbs if it's easier) - grill to your liking.
corn chips, Stagg's tinned chili con carne (dynamite hot please), grated cheese, salsa. nuke the chili, pour over CCs, top with cheese and salsa (and sour cream if you have it). worlds best nachos.
bacon. barbecue it for 2-3 minutes. win. _________________

^ This. A mate got me to try this out a few years ago, seemed strange at the time, but it is the best way to cook bacon. _________________

Melted cheese sandwiches. Let it be toasted, grilled, microwaved or placed in the oven, I love melted cheese. _________________

I like more simple nachos.
1. Plain corn chips.
2. Mild tomato salsa.
3. Tasty grated cheese.
4. 2-3 minutes in the microwave.
5. Serve. _________________

Mexican chicken!
Get a baking tray out.
Drop in a chicken breast per person.
Sprinkle on some salt/pepper/garlic to your liking.
Cover in salsa (of any kind and any strength you like).
Sprinkle on some grated cheese (mozarella etc.).
Place in oven and cook.
Easy. _________________

On the Stagg - I still stand by a tin of Stagg (Dynamite, natch) heated up and mixed through some Easy Mac with grated parmesan and other additions (Jalapenos! Olives! Spring Onion! Smokey Paprika!) is one of the best hangover foods ever. Not so healthy, but...
Simple pastas are always a winner too - so long as you've got some crushed (or similar) tomato around (we usually have cans), and some pasta, you can damned near anything you want with it for tasty meals. Or, strip it back even further, just pasta with good olive oil, a touch of parmesan, garlic, and some basil... damned good! _________________

For a healthier alternative, I like to cook some soba noodles, poach an egg an top, and drizzle it with soba sauce made from light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and water. Then I sprinkle it with heaps of japanese seaweed seasoning.
Or you can just go to any asian store and buy some instant ramen. They taste nice, and they only take about 2 minutes to make. Yummy....... _________________

Boil Rice, Prepare Instant Mi Goreng Noodles by boiling, draining and adding satchels of flavour/oil. Adding a portion of rice then noodles you can then prepare an fried egg which sits on top, having the yolk runny makes it good when you pierce it letting it soak into the rice/noodles fried shallots(onions) can be added along with ketchup manis. very tasty and very cheap (box of mi goreng can be purchased for about $10 for a box of 40 packets) _________________

We eat Mi Goreng all the time but have never tried improvising ingredients, so thanks for that!
I don't do a lot of quick easy recipes, it's either quick packet/frozen stuff (never frozen meals though) or I take a little more time cooking properly. But I do make great vegetarian omelettes that are (relatively) quick to make.
- Eggs
- Dash of milk
- Chopped capsicum
- Chopped zucchini
- Chopped red onion
- Grated cheese
- Garlic (I use garlic salt)
- Chives
Mix all but onion together, saute onion in olive oil then add onion to the mix, pour mixture back into frying pan and cook n' flip 'til it's a little brown on either side.
Not easy to flip because it's chunky, so mine usually ends up messy, but it kinda sticks all together after the first couple of flips
It's easy to improvise ingredients for this one, I was out of zucchini once so I used baby spinach. It was just as good.

Being a pastrychef my specialty is Quiche. Though not for everyone i know, it is quite enjoyable. Worst of it takes so long to bake.
I use either a frozen shortcrust/puff pastry for the base.
Fresh ingredients. Be it spinach, carrot, mushroom, tomato, bacon, onion etc.
Cut vegies into small slices except for mushroom an spinach as it tends to bake quicker.
Mix is as follows
4 eggs
200ml cream
400ml milk
100ml water
seasoning and herbs if you wish
Make sure vegies are coated in the mix entirely and bake it at 180 for at least an hour, depending on the size of it.
To make sure its cooked, stick knife or skewer into it and if it comes out with a clear liquid then it is cooked.
Simple, enjoy _________________

Pat's quick eggimite snack:
Put two eggs in a pan of hot oil. Put the lid on, wait until the yolks are semi hard (runny on top, hard on the bottom). While the eggs are cooking put on two pieces of toast, once the toaster pops immidiately butter and spread on a good helping of vegemite. Put one egg on each piece of toast, break the yolk and mix it into the vegemite/butter/toast. Fold each piece in half and you've got youself the best eggs in the world. _________________

used to make nachos like this too, but try adding a tin of chili into the mix, it's like 2 degrees of awesomeness tag teaming to form some supergroup of awesome.

big fan of pasta, but mine don't really fit in the "quick and easy" category. i like to have my sauce simmer for 2-3 hours. _________________

This is my new creation:
Get some two slices of bread, probably white bread (though I'm not big on it normally) two Tim-Tams. Chuck them inside the bread, and put this inside a sandwich press. Cook as you normally would in one of those and you have a toasted Tim-Tam sandwich.
Not for everyone, but me n a buddy quite enjoyed it. _________________

oh, sandwich press desserts!
white bread, fluffer (or marshmallows, if you can't get fluffer, which is a marshmallow spread), peanut butter and nutella.
make a sanger with the fluffer/mm's in the middle, sandwich press it.
can also stick a mushy banana in it too.
you'll probably only want one at a time. _________________

Tortillas. You can wrap practically anything in a tortilla and it's instantly awesome. Lately I've been buying that Stagg chili stuff and heating it up, wrapping it in a tortilla with cheese and sour cream. Not incredibly tasty, but cheap and quick.

Cheese and tomato sauce on a sandwhich, put in the microwave for 15 seconds. Win.
+1 to fans on Mi Goreng. Best food when I have hardcore munchies.
Also, Cheese on bread, put into griller until cheese is melted/bread is toasted. After this, spread some chocolate ice cream on top. I tried this one night at sizzler, with their cheese bread, and never looked back. _________________

Super quick pasta.
You need:
-Pasta (any kind)
-Tomato sauce (like you'd use on a meat pie or with hot chips)
Cook pasta. Squeeze out tomato sauce over pasta. Stir. Enjoy!
Super Quick 2-minute noodles.
You need:
-2 minute noodles (Maggi or any other with dry flavour sachets)
Open package, pour flavour sachet over uncooked noodles. Scrunch up packet and shake. Enjoy! _________________ My Photos

That's some Joy Turner home style cooking right there.

With bread of your choosing (white, wholemeal, etc) use a small cup and press firmly in the centre removing a circle portion of the bread.
Here you can fry it in a pan which can be lightly coated with olive oil or butter, placing the piece of bread inside crack an egg into the middle filling up hole. As usual fry the egg and flip over adding extra olive oil/butter to crisp on both sides.
not sure whether this is a common dish, but i've seen it also in V for Vendetta. _________________
