ring/goto the store you bought it from. they'll know more than we would, since even if we happened to work at the same chain of store you neglected to mention, these kind of queries are usually different depending on who served you, and what you're after in terms of return.

If you take it to EB they should have a record of the sale on their computers. So you should still be able to return it I think.

You'll find there is a different return policy for this item in regards to the drums. If its the sensitivity issue that is quite common no store will accept them as a faulty return due to activision not considering the sensitivity issue a fault.

They will just direct you to the activision site where u have to give them your details and theyll send u that crappy cable thingie.

Man these rockband/guitar hero peripherals are a giant pain in the ass from a retail point of view. Surely with all the complaining we do here about game bugs and so forth why arent we cracking the sads that 40% of the controlers made by activision are faulty. Perhaps they need to improve the quality control and manufacturing standards something fierce!

Yeh no worries, good to hear. Also you should be set due to the fact i think it now comes with a 1 year warranty so shouldnt really be an issue so soon after release.

best of luck!!!!

Retailers have been told to get customers to call Activison regarding Drums issues for World Tour.

Apparently there is 14 days in which the retailer can exchange but ONLY with the original receipt.
