So my FOXTEL is the common IQ one (not HDTV)... using the normal AV cable.
Is there a cable where you connect those red, yellow and white AV cable to it and the other end is a HDMI to connect to the TV and make the whole thing HDMI?

Not really. since HDMI is digital and A/V is analogue. You'd need a digital to analogue converter (which would end up being a Foxtel HD Box)
You wouldn't benefit from converting it anyway - unless your TV only has HDMI inputs or something.
Also, wrong forum. _________________

How did a question like this get asked in the creative forum as it has nothing to do with creativity. _________________ RIP Buddha 19/10/1952 - 03/01/2004

It's creative in a sense that I basically turn my common Foxtel IQ into a FOXTEL IQ HDTV

You realise it'll still look the same though right? Can't upscale the image or anything. It'd take some kind of crazy contraption just to convert the signal that I'm not even sure exists...
Its probably cheaper to just get Foxtel HD. _________________

I think so.
Not that I could get a good look. But at least that link will help explain it better than I can. _________________
