I never have, and it always updated.
I went onto the site, into the ID thing, clicked update then on the site it showed the last game I played as Killzone 2 which isn't right.

The 3 games that show up in your profile card aren't necessarily the last 3 games you played, but the last 3 games you got a trophy in. _________________

Well I just got my first (and maybe last) platinum!!! for a little game called inFAMOUS!!!!
Firstly, im not really that big on collecting achievements or trophies. I find that I generally don't like playing a game to that extent or I just can't put that much effort in. But infamous, this game was something else... I loved every bit of it. The hunting shards/drops wasn't anywhere near as tedious as I thought. So by the time I finished one play through I actually had like 50% of the trophies from a sheer fun play through. The hard play through wasn't difficult at all and I had to check many times that the setting was still on hard because I wouldn't die after several missions in a row. The hardest thing I found was getting the 'right back at ya' stunt which took ages... then I accidentally got it on my second play through the first time I used shockwave haha.
I say that it might be my last plat, because I dont think I want to spend that much time with another game (as enjoyable as infamous was)... well maybe a Tekken 6 plat when that comes out.

I see Sony have finally updated their website so that now when you login with your PSN you can do all sorts of comparings trophies with people on your friends list.
I've had a little play with it and I quite like it. Allows you to do more than you can on the PS3, I quite like being able to pick a game and get a trophies leaderboard of people on your friends list for that game. _________________

This might come to a shock for many. One of the earliest PSN games to release on the PlayStation 3, Lemmings, will soon be receiving trophies. Cohort Studios has reported that they have been contacted by Sony to add trophies and e-commerce to this title. So expect to see more from this game soon in the future! |
I remember the demo was a bit meh. Anyone played the full game? _________________

I've got it, but haven't played it in a while.
Wasn't to bad but had a few bugs (such as after unlocking a levels and turning off the game, sometimes I would come back to the game to find it locked all levels outside 1st one again).

That's awesome news. I've got the full game, I actually won a copy like 2 years ago. I got an email from Sony saying that if I complete the linked survey, I'll get a nifty prize. 1-2 weeks later, I got a code to download Lemmings off the PSN for free. I played it a fair bit, and it's honestly not half bad, quite a fun little puzzle game. The controls suck though, it's a little difficult to pick individual lemmings in a hurry before they fall to their death. Seeing how old the game is, maybe Sony will contact some other developers too. _________________

Just for those interested. Star Wars The Force Unleashed is getting a trophy patch too.
Probably to further promote the Sith DLC stuff. _________________

Wonder what kind of trophies Tekken 6 will have, that is, if it'll have, but here's a made up list.
Complete 5 EWGFs in a row.
Complete 5 JFSRs in a row.
Do 5 iSWs in a row.
Perform a 15 hit combo.
Win a Match whilst in Rage Mode.
Win a Match with a Great.
Get 10 Perfects in a row.
Perform 100 Bound combos.
Win a ranked match with a time out.
Win a round in ranked match in less than 10 sec.
Defeat the game on this hardest setting without losing a round.
Own 10 scrubs online.
Get Tekken God status.
Do a Death Combo.
Kick k26redk, scalliator and nameless other scrubs from a Online Lobby. _________________

HAHAHAHAA, Kick k26redk, scalliator and fuzzRoxas, disasterpeic101 etc ahah I hate those dudes.
Id probably say the T6 trophies would be fairly hard.. with a few simple ones like you pointed out. I don't normally try for trophies but you and me should try to platinum T6. I just hope that there isn't beat story on ultra hard without using a continue. Its just that the CPU is so cheap on grab escapes. _________________

Yeah if it comes with Trophies I'd definitely aim for platinum. Also, FuzzRoxa's isn't that bad, he's a pretty decent King player, but he does lag... _________________

Dammit. I just played through that game. I tend to put ones I know have trophies coming on hold. While I enjoyed the game, not sure I can be bothered to play through it again for trophies. Only game I've done that for so far is GTA4.
I thought the existing DLC was too pricey, considering how much the full game goes for these days, so I didn't buy it. Hopefully they do a bundle when the new DLC comes out. I hope they do release this supposed 'exclusive' level from the Sith Edition as DLC as well. Pretty scummy if they don't.
I see that Bionic Commando: Rearmed has had it's trophy/easier difficulty patch in the US now. Hopefully ours isn't too far off... _________________

"Just confirmed to me: TFU on PS3 to get trophy support with the Sith Edition. Will find more out Monday (plane takes of in a few hours)"
Judging from that twitter post, it sounds as if it's just the Sith Edition getting trophies. But I know that that would be stupid (though not entirely farfetched. Lucasarts wouldn't be afraid of just adding trophies to the Sith Edition to wring a few more dollars out of the trophy whores who already own the orig. I mean, one of the new levels will be exclusive to it...) Still, I remain optimistic that the original game will more than likely get a trophy update too. _________________

OK, disregard my last post. LucasArts posted another message on Twitter saying that the original TFU will receive a trophy patch alongside the Sith Edition.
And I have more info! (still recovering from SDCC!) PS3 TFU will receive a patch for trophies! I like giving out good news!
Hmm...so many people asking and nobody responded? PS3's TFU will be getting trophy support this fall alongside The Ultimate Sith Edition _________________

I got the platinum in Harry Potter 6. Pretty easy really, less than 8 hours to get. Most of them come from just playing the story naturally, it's just the crest collecting that you have to go out of your way for. There's 150 crests hidden around Hogwarts, and it was fun hunting them down apart from the terrible camera and the stupid crests that are high up on walls which require throwing crap at them. _________________
