I very much agree. Although I'll admit that Animal Crossing and Wii Sports 2 were enough to sell me on the Wii. I guess I'll be getting a Wii this year instead of a PS3.

Fuck off! That was so focused on casuals despite Reggie's statement on how Nintendo strives to make the wii appealing both to "gamers and non-gamers."

There was one core wii game announced. Animal Crossing.

Such a let-down. But I must admit, Spore DS, GTA DS and Wii Sports 2 look good. And Wii Motion Plus is included in WS2 so that's good.

Yep, I think Nintendo are going to keep doing well after that. They may have almost forgotten about hardcore gamers, but damn, that's some some compelling casual stuff! Animal Crossing Wii will be huge! GTA on DS though, wow! Last thing I was expecting, that's for sure. The Wii Motion Plus actually looks fairly good, maybe they can pull off that 1:1 after all. Wii Sports 2 will be pretty popular I think, especially after seeing that demo. I'm certainly impressed with the potential, but infortunately there wasn't a single game they showed that I intend to buy. Not good enough Nintendo. icon_sad.gif
