So who here plans to get this game?
Basically the land of Sinnoh is hit with a cold front which is freezing the region. A purple vortex has opened up over the Spear Pillar and it is up to you to save the world along with the basic Pokemon raising and badge collecting.

Wait isn't this just the equivilant of Pokemon Yellow/Crystal/Emerald? I can't believe that 75% of you are willing to re-buy a game that seems to be 98% similar to one you have already played. I really can't see the point, there's no new Pokemon even. Can someone please tell me what I'm missing?

How about instead of rehashing the series over and over and over again how about making the definitive version? With all the pokemon and at least a couple of the regions. Perhaps it can be on Wii? I know I would buy this.

Me and my bro have both Diamond and Pearl now, so Platinum doesn't really appeal. It'll take more than that to make me buy another pokemon game.

This i have wished for SO long. Even during the Ruby ages, i would pray for an announcement as to a Gamecube game with nearly all Pokemon up for grabs. That never happened but now they have more power to do it with the Wii.
Regardless, i will probably get this game, simply because i'm a sucker for the little tiny differences in the game. Maybe next time i should wait for the rehash instead.

Same here man, include Celebi or something and you got another couple of million games sold. Never thought a game would sell on tiny factors like this,but lets face it, Pokemon Channels sales would of sucked (Even more) if it weren't for Jirachi.
Otherwise I won't be buying this, my love for Pokemon is dying.
