Get it now, it's about 500MB. I've played it extensively and it is awesome. _________________

I plan to download the 360 demo tonight but I have questions! Is the story done correctly and not dodgy cutscenes? _________________ Shin J Leon.

Yes. The Demo offers 2 fights from the story, in the Sayian saga: One being the fight against Raditz as Goku, and the other as Yamcha against the Saibamen. Sometimes if you do a certain attack in the match, a mini cutscene ensues and re-enacts a small part of the original episode. It may sound distracting but it's VERY smooth and works really well, has a lot of immersion. It all adds to the final summary of the match though, where it ranks you at points for unlocking 'memories'. It's pretty cool and gives incentive to replay that match in order to unlock and re-enact everything.
Gameplay is a lot like the Budokai games with a mixture of some of the PSP version elements, and the visuals are beautiful. Though it may not hit huge polygon-highs like some high profile titles, but the game itself just looks and moves in an absolutely stunning fashion.
It's certainly a must-buy for me considering how much I love the DBZ franchise. Don't know how the gameplay will fare with you guys but personally I enjoy it very much, though it takes a bit of getting used to. _________________

OMG OMG OMG! *starts downloading it* Thanks for the heads up Frozen!
Edit: Darn it, demo wouldn't install. It gave me this 80029564 error. I'm re-downloading it and hoping for better luck this time. They say if you don't background download it helps.
Edit 2: Re-downloaded the demo, now it works.
I love it, I think the game has turned out really well. The fighting system is nice and responsive, and the fighting is quite fast, no more annoying powering up like in the PS2 Budokai games. The cutscenes are rather cool, I like how they tell the story, and considering that's it's all done in the game's engine, it looks great. I like the "memories" system, it's great that they give you incentive to play matches again and again to try and see everything. Can't wait to get my hands on the actual game! _________________

I just downloaded and played the demo, I gotta admit it, it's pretty cool.
If you're a dragonball z fan the demo certainly doesn't disappoint, the intro was awesome.
The controls seem pretty simplistic and easy to get into and looks cool when you do combo and fireball.
I think I may have to get this game after playing the demo, only grip is that it's a little short - but I guess that's what the game is for.

Man, this isn't on either the PSN or 360 network in Australia yet!
Are the cut scenes comparable to the anime? _________________ Shin J Leon.

^I'd say better. They move much more fluidly in 3D and the effects they've added in are absolutely gorgeous.
It's like a remastered version of DBZ. _________________

It's pretty hard to beat the original anime, but yes, the cutscenes have been well made and look just as good as those in the anime, it all looks fantastic in HD. _________________

Something I should mention, Leon, is my little issue with the demo. While the cutscene that leads into the fight between Raditz and Goku is great, Piccolo never gets a mention. Surely they could have put him in there somewhere, it's a pretty big thing in the anime. If you were going by the game, you'd think that Goku was challenging Raditz alone, and that Piccolo shows up later to help him out, since Piccolo is only shown during the battle through the drama scenes (and you only get them if you slet the fight drag on for a while, consequently I didn't see him at all during my first time fighting him and wondered what was going on), and in the ending cutscene. I hope this is fixed in the actual game, all you have to do is have Piccolo standing next to Goku and saying a couple of lines.
Another note is that the violence has ben toned down a little, Piccolo's special beam cannon doesn't make a hole in Raditz or Goku after it hits them, which is disappointing. Frieza also doesn't get cut in half later in the game.
Other than those couple of notes though, I love the game and will be picking it up on release. _________________
