Boy, that freeloader is sure looking tempting right now.
I hope they include some PAL exclusive content just for making us wait forever!

Actually, Ninty have changed and added things with PAL releases before.
Luigi's Mansion: The Hidden Mansion - otherwise known as mirror mode.
Metroid Prime: Less spoils (health, ammo, etc) when an enemy is defeated - makes the game slightly harder.
SSBM: I'm pretty sure they changed some text in a few of the trophies and slightly altered the appearance of the land mine item. I can't recall if the latter was changed for PAL only, or just for western gamers. _________________

Not only that but they changed various gameplay mechanics. Such as samus's extended grapple, marth's d-air spike became a meteor and his f-air sends them at a slightly different angle. C.Falcon stops after his 2nd neutral but in NTSC he goes into the fast punch's anyway. Marth and a few others tumble when shined by fox so u can't go into a grab. There's a lot more as well that I can't think of atm.
