im guessing spoon donations from everyone involved, but ill offer up a fully trained, ev'd/iv'd/whatever pokemon of the winners choice, shiny if possible.

ive also got way to many items, so if anyone has any ideas on what items could be prizes, ill offer those up too, because i dont need anything, and training pokemon gives me something to do.

EDIT: i have a question about what pokemon are/aren't allowed in the tourney, now is it going by smogon's OU listings, and poke like suicune and cressilia are allowed, or is it a strictly no legendary clause?

Generally the same as all our previous tournament rules:

- No Legendaries/UBER pokemon ala Wobbuffet
- No two pokemon of the same species
- No multiples of the same item
- Sleep Clause

Garchomp is allowed. His threat is lowered significantly in doubles therefore he is fine. Feel free to argue against this though.

And as for prizes, the usual drill. Spoon donations of 5$poon each. I can offer basically any item - I have spares of nearly all of the choice items.

I have a fair few shinies also that i'll be offering as prizes.

Well, Waka and I had our battle last night and he emerged victorious I'll let him say what he want's about the battle - don't want to give anything away about his team, but he is good at double battles

I got this horrible sinking feeling that comes from selecting youre lefeon then seeing your opponent send out an fire type

Yes it was a good battle. thought i did screw up a few things and for the middle bit of the battle, it was quite even and could go either way.

but i have to say, I really really liked his team. very nice.

Me and Passa had our battle last night, and it took about 20 goes but we finally finished a whole battle without getting disconnected, although I would have one most of the disconnected battles >_> But yeah, I lost ;_;

Okay, so here is an *updated* list based on who has an hasn't battled.



The people without a person listed as their opponent have won their battles of round 1, and the people with highlighted usernames are those who have previously contacted me about problems with their battles.

I'll give until tomorrow for those battles to be done, otherwise I'll have no choice but to disqualify Vervain, Ravaan and pock3tmonster.

I regretfully have to disqualify Vervain, pock3tmonster and Ravaan for failing to complete their Round 1 battles within the set time frame. *

I didn't want to have to do it, but in every single one of our previous tournaments, there have always been people who repeatedly didn't bother to get their battles done on time and I always did my best to accomodate them, by extending the Rounds deadlines.

I realised that by doing that, it made people not worry about getting their battles done on time, knowing that I would just give them more time. This is the reason for these disqualifications. If you signed up for the tournament you should respect the comittment and not hold back everyone else.

If this happened in later rounds I probably would have just extended the date, but the fact that it has happened in the very first round not on.

Now that that is out of the way, here is the Round 2 Match-ups.



* I'd just like to add that I'm not pissed off at any of you guys, just that I'm not extending the rounds of the tourney to accomodate a minority of people.

passa and i had our battle, and he came out victorious, it was a good battle, and we were pretty even throughout, if i wasnt for a burn i recon i would have gotten the upper hand, but alas, thats pokemon.

plaza beat me just now but it was a really enjoyable battle. At one stage I accidently pressed dream eater instead of hypnosis which was embarrassing, but he still would have won. It finished with all my pokemon fainted (obviously) and with only one of his pokemon left, although in perfect health. I won't give away which one it was though.
