Group Work in Uni.
Assignment due tomorrow, been trying to get together to get organised or whatever, but they never listened.
So I sent them my speech and two of them liked it. But one of them replied saying it was **** and sounded like a magazine article and I should write it in the style of a board meeting.
It is just like "tough luck, if you wanted the group to do it like a board meeting you should have told us."

Still sick after 5 days of resting, with 3 days off work and this weekend.
Was meant to be spending time with GF over this weekend, which makes it all that much worse  (Had been working a bit on previous weekends/had family events, so didn't get to spend as much time as hoped).

I'm taking it back tomorrow. Chadstone is too annoying to get to without a car for me to go there just to return something, and I was planning to hang out with my friend there tomorrow anyway.

Just when I was all ready to order SSF4 off Amazon with the 3DS, I realised that they don't have the 25 USD off 3DS game deal anymore after I ordered the console without the game. *sigh* I can't justify paying 25 USD just for one game sent by courier just so it comes at the same time as the console =/

I bought a bunch of things on ebay from the US and requested a invoice with the combined shipping price..
The price hasnt been updated at checkout and the seller hasnt replied.
it has been 2 days now, i just want to pay so the stuff can be sent out.
(And yes the seller does give discounts for combined postage, or at least thats what it says in their listings)

I appear to have picked up a nasty case of exploding arse fever.
If my posts seem less than coherent between now and whenever this clears up, it's because I'm high on a combination of Panadol, Hydralite (which is a great way to bring dinner back on you) and ventolin.
Oh, and I have a temperature somewhere in the lower bounds of the operating temperature of a nuclear reactor.
I really hate getting sick. It rarely happens, but when it does, it knocks me about pretty badly. Hopefully I'm coherent enough tomorrow to finish the assignment I have due on wednesday.
On the bright side, I know have X Japan's entire discography to keep me company.

Leave was declined. After I applied for it about a month in advance. And they decline it THREE DAYS before I intend on traveling, so I'll be spending more on flights cos of last minute, and now have to scrounge and figure out how I'm going about times and such.
Seriously, I want to knock someone out right now. F**king bulls**t.

Bought a bed from ikea. Finally got around putting it togetherc and it's missing the big arse middle beam that will hold the slats and the mattress. To say I am pissed off that I have to go all the way out to Rhodes tomorrow after work is a massive understatement.
Plus I paid for delivery on my items so this doubly suck.

My work tried doing that to me once.
I just went on holiday. I did give them an ultimatum though, either;
a) let me take my leave,
b) pay me out all my leave, in full and in cash, or
c) I'll walk out the door, taking all my knowledge with me of course, and they'll still have to pay out my leave

What a joke, they had unboxed 64 console for $79 (NO SHIT), Mario / Duck Hunt, Double Dragon II, pinball $35. Couple sports games on the GB for $15 bucks.
I was excited when I walked in and saw all these carts and retro games, I left knowing why they had so much in stock.

Yep, it happens quite a bit over this end. One girl got declined randomly and as such, couldn't go to see U2 when they were in town.
Only tip I can give you is to book in advance... Well in advance. Other than that, it's a bit of a gamble.

I was there today, I remember a few years ago I got boxed mint DKC,1,2 and 3 for $10 each, Crash Bandicoots for $5 etc, gee times have changed.
I was talking to this utter wanker there (who was completely rude to me and my partner) about how they should be MORE expensive for the retro stuff and that he knows people that will pay 100's for those games in stock and that he would change them to higher prices if he could.
Yeah, that's why they have all been sitting there for months now, they are just too cheap
