Apparently not an April fool's joke. 120gigs, Blackness, and HDMI good, $US479 bad. Still, this is the version I would buy given the choice.

I'd like to see one in the flesh, because as much as I like the idea of a black 360 (getting sick of the white electronics fetish we have going) those photos make it look a bit naff.

Still, so long as my launch unit never carks it *knock on wood* I shouldn't really need to make the choice.

I wonder what the price-point will be locally? $700 seems far too high... but it 'feels' right, too.

The picture in the article looks like a Photoshopped White Premium Console.

I'm hoping is this is true that the system will have a Jet Black finish, i.e not as shiny like a Black iBook or PS3.
