um, well i seriously doubt you'll be able to find a legitimate copy anywhere short of a collector store, like Gametraders, or eBay.
if you're looking for something slightly outside the law (and your use of the word "emulator" leads me to think this) then you might as well stop asking here, because discussion of piracy, and ROMing is not permitted on PALGN. _________________

I'd suggest scouring the Net. SURELY this game would have to be freeware by now and you should be able to find it. Actually getting it to work under XP could pose a problem but it's not impossible, you will likely need a program (which I can't for the life of me remember the name of) which slows down your machine X percentage so that the game doesn't run at 10,000 frames (I used to use this program for the old Ultima games), other than that it's not hard to run things through the command line.

you can try finding a legal version online at abandonware sites. If this is not allowed, I apologise, but I am sure that abandoware is legal as the license is no longer valid. And from what I can gather it is legal to run adandonware on an emulator.
Please dont ban me if I am wrong, just let me know its illegal and I will retract my comments. _________________

Most sites rely of the fact that companies that hold the licenses in a lot of cases don't exist, so therefore aren't around to protest.
The only time you can download abandonware games is if the holder of the license allows it, changes the license to allow it, or the license has expired. Most software on abandonware sites is still illegal to download.

Copyright laws last 70 years after the owner dies. Yeh though most abadonware is illegal. I got in trouble at school when I started asking about it.

It seems odd to me that some gaming magazines and lifestyle magazines talk so freely about it then. _________________

Abandonware is an incredibly grey area, legally.
some people are fine with their software being distributed freely after a certain time, or when the licence lapses. others aren't so giving.
basically, in an effort towards harm minimisation, PALGN considers it on par with piracy. we are sure that there are cases where it is ok to share something, but since we can't be 100% sure all the time, stopping it all is the best of a bad situation. _________________

It's about to be released on PS2, PSP and Wii (and probably others) there may even be a PC version coming. It will apparently not change the gameplay and mechanics. I'm looking forward to it! _________________
