Looks awesome. Villians are Venom, Sandman, Green Goblin.
A love triangle opens up between Parker, MJ and another girl.
Spiderman joins the dark side for a limited time, etc.
Watch it.

Man, i thought the the 2 spiderman movies were [[[[[SO]]]]]] over-rated.I only saw both about 6 months ago but talk about being dissapointed.
He really is a lame hero.....what's his name.Whoever plays spiderman.Poor actor.That chick is hot though.She's worth the price of admission.

I don't believe that all the villians have been set as those u mentioned Jim Dash...
- Venom: for one has been mentioned in interviews, but no real pic proof yet (although i'm assuming he will be in the movie, but a more minor role, till Spiderman 4??)
- Sandman: has been proven (no problems there)
- Green-Goblin 2: or he may even be Hobogoblin (it is unsure)
Plus, i also heard that they are thinking of having a forth villian, but nothing is concrete on that (yet)
& the new girl is Gwen Stacy (not the actress's name, but her character's name).
I don't think Toby Macguare (Peter Parker) is that bad of an actor, he has quite a lot of fine tuning to do however...
& Mary Jane (Kirsten Dunst), is DEFINATELY worth admission price... 
I reckon the movie will be great, there are quite a few new actor's in this movie, like: Topher Grace (Eric Fordman; from 'That 70's Show')
& Jibbs, what dissapointed you about the movies?

Dare, Harry Osbourne takes the role as the Green Goblin as you see in the trailer, and as he found his father's stash at the end of SM2.
You're right, Venom isn't confirmed, but seeing as the symbiote which Venom evolves from takes over Peter Parker, I can definately see Venom in this movie.
Seeing as Eddie Brock, the person that turns into Venon, is shown in the trailer, I am pretty sure Venom will at least make an appearance.

Perhaps Venom will be the tie in to the 4th film, like Brock acquires the symbiote right at the end and this film is more about Parker's struggle to rid himself of it.
Oh and Gwen Stacy for the win! Pretty sure she becomes Black Cat, uses the same serum that was used to create Captain America, am I right?

Not a big fan of the Spiderman movies. The first was like Power Rangers, the second a little better but still not good, the third...? Slightly better?

I liked the first two films (second one being my fav) and look forward to the third. I think they should stick with two characters only. A third character would make it too hard to develop the characters.
The thing is, we have Spiderman's character developing, we have Harry's (gg2/hobgolblin) character developing and the audiance needs to be introduced to Sandman. If venom is going to be in the film it will probably at the end and as a tie-in for Spiderman 4, because otherwise, you'll loose screen time for all the characters which will cause issues with the way the audiance can react to the character's... destiny...

How did you expect Spiderman to look? The whole point is that he was a geeky school kid, he's not going to look like The Rock. Venom, however, is supposed to be a beefcake, and as such I'm sure he'll look like one.

Maybe we're being tricked into thinking that Sandman is the main villain. Maybe Venom is the main villain and Sandman is only in it for half the film.
Anyway I do believe that Venom is going to be in it because if you'll notice, in the trailer, there's a scene where Spider-man is struggling with the symbiote and he's in a bell tower. If you'll recall, thats how he gets rid of the symbiote and then it latches onto brock.
I hope they balance out the villains though.

Emo Spiderman! Cant wait. Got to love the fringe..
Nah looks pretty good. Im happy that there intergrating more than one bad guy and im hoping it works. Also cant wait to see what Venom will look like. Im sure they will make Brock pretty buff in the venom suit and if I remember correctly the symbiote is actually what made him look so huge - its pretty heavy stough - funny how Spiderman in symbiote dosent look buff at all...
Oh and im hoping that they show off Carnage. Im guessing if they did it would be at the end.

I think it would be cool if the first half is focused on one villain and the last half on another, with Harry intertwined, to make it feel like two Spider-man films in one.

GG2 and Sandman look pretty cool so far, it could get a little tricky if Venom is in it himself. Still, I'm pretty sure I read that Spiderman 3 is going to be the final one, so surely, he must make an appearance. Sybiote Spiderman certainly seems to suggest so.

Actually I wouldn't mind if it stayed a trilogy, at least for fifteen years or so then they can do more. For now though I like it as a trilogy of films. There are only so many times you can show criminals robbing banks, mugging people, Spider-man saving people etc before it starts to get stale and becomes a formula film.
Let's look at the other villains. Do you think they can make all the other villains of Spider-man lore appealing in film form? Do you think they can make them all seem appropriate for film? Maybe they can but I think they've shown the BIG villains. If we started showing films where Rhino is the bad guy it would get silly.
Then again there's Shocker and Scorpion and the Lizard. They could be adequate for films.
So yeah leave it as a trilogy.
