I was wondering what Play Asia affiliation links do? Do you get store credit when people use it to buy stuff?

Speaking of which - how much is everyone earning these days from Play-asia? I mean how long does it take to get say $50 from having it just in your signature?

I've never had it in my signature, so I can't say for sure myself. However, I'd say it would take quite a while to get $50, there's a lot of affiliate links out there, and a lot of people just type the site's address into their browser and off they go. There isn't really any need to use someone's affiliate link unless they're helping you in return, or you're feeling generous. That said, I posted mine in a couple of threads, and ended up making about $5. Trading coupon codes seems like one of the fairest/more reliable way of making affiliate money, so I think the thread is great.

How much you get depends on how many times people use your link to purchase, like if everyone has an affiliate link in their sigs then some people might get more clicks then other people. For my own self, I've found you probably get a few dollars worth of affiliate credit every few months.
You might also get some arrangement with a friend whereas when you make a purchase you use their link and when they make a purchase they use your link and I guess you can build credit that way. I'm sure some people do this already.

I just leave it in my sig and i made US $80 in 3 months  . althought i did sell 2 PS3's outside of that. and they are like $12usd per one.

Yes, but playasia discourage it, and are cracking down on people who do it. It's abusing the system.

Nice. Some dude bought a DSL with about 5 games from my link, and I got about $15 US from that. Paid for my Freeloader.

Yes, I did sign up and was told to find it on the bottom of the page, is it the Affiliate Search Box code? I can't do anything with that.

Go to play asia's website and login, then go to any page (their home page for example) and scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see you affiliate link there.

so far i have 192 refferals and no sales, hoping for one soon though so ive earnt no money as of yet, but ive given a guy a $10 voucher, and he said he would use my link, so hopefully he shall do so soon
