Hey, I'm new here. I already made a post in the forum but thought that it's only polite to introduce myself, so here I am.
Um.. ok. Let's see. I play mainly on PS3 atm but am getting a pc soon and will be enjoying a whole new world of gaming in the near future.
I play Killzone 3, GTA4, Skyrim, BF3 and am looking forward to the release of Hitman Absolution as I am a huge Hitman fan from way back. =)
I spend most of my time when I'm not at work, gaming, making films and youtube videos, playing music and doing stuff on forums like this. Then I try to fit in a couple hours of sleep. lol
Yes, it's true. I have no life. But I'm ok it. ;D

Hi. My name is Bill and I am a really cool guy.
I think this site is really horrible. There hasn't been any news since February and there is no one on the forums, it is a ghost town.
What I find really dumb is that there has been no announcement about what is going on with the site. It just has the main page like nothing has happened and it is deserted. How are people like me that don't go on the forums meant to know what is happening? I have been telling all my hundreds of friends (and getting them to spread the word also) never to visit this site because it never gets updated and there is no announcement about it's future on the front page. Whoever had the idea not to do that is really stupid, in my honest opinion.
Also I can't post in the game exchange section. Please open it up for me.

Why don't you instead tell your hundreds of friends that if they are looking for a new forum to hang out at, that you know of an empty forum, ripe for the taking?

To answer some of your other questions, the site is awaiting an overhaul. You are most welcome to post here in the meantime though.

You have your glass metaphor around the wrong way. PalGN was once full, and now the glass isn't as full as it was, therefore it is half (more than half) empty.

But you say are trying to create a new community, except any potential members for this new community will not know that there is an intended site overhaul and that they should be waiting for it as there is NOT A SINGLE MENTION OF IT ON THE FRONT PAGE! Don't even have to do an ip lookup to know you're using a gag account. Its that obvious, dude.
I mean, do you think in the real world, people actually go around signing up to inactive websites to have a cry about it??
Its a f**king website. A website amongst milllions on the internet. No updates on one website, does not mean the end of the world.
In reality, when someone turns up at the front page, they'd be like "huh, hasn't been updated for a while... Oh well" *goes back to google* ...
They wouldn't sign up and come in here whinging, almost word-for-word, the exact same petty complaints the former crew bitched about, back when they were attempting to sabotage PALGN further.
Now please, grow up and let it go, from the perspective of anyone with half a brain, you just look silly.
