the submarine level in earthworm jim. grabbed the port for iphone on the app store as it's 99c at the moment. been trying to get past it for the last 2 hours. it's seriously evil. you have 30 seconds to navigate through a bunch of tunnels in some sort of bathysphere thing.
it moves ridiculously fast and the tunnels change direction out of no where, and when you hit the wall it sends the sub bouncing back. if the 30 seconds passes it pops and you have to start again. its worse then the hoverbike levels in battletoads snes. it now seems pretty clear as yo why me and my brother could never beat it on the snes when we used to rent it out from blockbuster
has anyone ever beaten this level? its actually pure evil. still, i'm determined. have a 45 minute train ride tomorrow which i'm going to conquer the sub.

I don't know what's going on in Perth, but judging from my experience on the road in a short 20 minutes during my lunch break, everyone has caught a case of 'unable to drive-itis'. I had three, THREE!!!! people almost smash into me cause they tried to change into my lane without looking, and thus, seeing me there! GRRR

Hay guys, remember the 'olololol Dell' sentiments? Less than 2 months after the last repair (Which included my SECOND hdd replacement and a motherboard replacement) my hdd has failed again.
This laptop hasn't left the house and due to the larger battery, it always has airflow underneath the laptop.
Yep, fuck this shit, I've contacted them asking for a refund or I'm seeking legal remedies. _________________

nearly did though, the glue is just near the touchpad and also just above the screen in the same spot.
I have no idea how a drop got there since i was gluing the bottom of the laptop. _________________

I just like listening to the echo. Great acoustics in here, with all the people gone.

Alright, this one had me furious/
Why, cause its about me. She make's a piss poor argument for underpaying me. I really need to try stop thinking about it, it took me near 2 hours to start calming down earlier, and it's just flared up again. I shouldn't have stayed there as long as i did, i knew i was being treated like shit, but i didn't realise how badly they were screwing me around. _________________

^ I see that the fine goes toward paying you back some of the underpayment. Can you sue for the rest or is it owing to you in the liquidation? I know in liquidation, money owing to staff as outstanding wages is a priority payment after the liquidator's fees but before other creditors. Hope you get the money you deserve. _________________

As i understand it, they'ed already been told they owe me the rest, but its highly unlikely I or the other people/bussiness they owe money will get anything from that. _________________

The hard drive in my laptop died on Wednesday.
No longer under warranty, I was thinking, "oh well", but then remembered an old broken laptop I had in a cupboard. Got the HD out of that, but when I went to format it, it kept BSoD'ing right before Windows went to install. "Oh well"...
Decided to give it another go last night, and after several failures, I mucked around with the BIOS a bit. Finally, after disabling execute-disable bit compatibility (whatever the fuck THAT is), Windows installed.
So all afternoon yesterday I installed stuff, got firefox back how I like it and downloaded some new wallpapers.
Today though, I noticed Windows Firewall wasn't on. I went to turn it on, but got errors. Turns out some service didn't install properly. After googling the problem and several attempts at various fixes, I threw my hands in the air and decided to reformat. Again.
All good now, but sheeesh! What a pain in the arse.
