I guess you could always buy the game itself dirt cheap eventually.
I really need to play more Persona 4 and start Radiant Historia, I should just take a month off work.

I do hope nothing much changes with PALGN. This is the thread that I log on to PALGN to read.
Haven't been contributing much as I don't have much time at work and my free time at nights are taken by wkc2.
If there is a new forum found, I'll definitely join up over there.
Hopefully, I may get the details. Otherwise, I'll have to depend on PSN mail to those whom I got added _________________ 「貧乳はステータスだ!希少価値だ!」 - 泉 こなた

I am not a hardcore RPG gamer but I do enjoy reading this thread and is concerned. Wished I had the time in the world to play it! (one day!)
Where will the contributors be moving to? This talked about rocket site seems to be the site where many palgn regulars will migrate to. _________________ "Work hard now, play even harder later"

I'm not that much of a contributor these days, but I'll either move to this rocket site or maybe just fade away altogether. I'm assuming this thread and other rpg related threads in this forum will just die off.

It'll probably just die off, since it seems that most users will be making the jump to Rocket. Don't fade away though, Scrav. You've been as much a part of this community as anyone, stick around. _________________

It's a shame what will eventually happen to one of the best threads in the forum, knowing me, once I start my Masters, I'll probably fade away all together _________________

The European publisher Ghostlight has revealed on its official blog that it will be reviving a pair of classic Atlus games on the PlayStation Network. These two games, Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga and its immediate sequel, Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 2, will be available for purchase and download from the European PSN sometime soon, though Ghostlight has not clarified the timeframe beyond "the near future." http://www.rpgamer.com/news/Q1-2012/021712a.html?utm_medium=facebook&utm_source=twitterfeed _________________

With these PS2 games on the PSN, are they upscaled to 1080p? Or are they still displayed natively in 480i or 576i?

I preordered the limited edition with a player points discount off ozgameshop a few weeks ago. I'm not sure when I'll actually get around to playing it though. _________________

I'm going to sound like a broken record here but I also pre-ordered the LE from Ozgameshop. I'm in no hurry to play it as I'm currently busy with other games. I'll be playing Binary Domain once it comes out and I'd rather wait until after I'm done with Mass Effect 3 before turning my attention to The Last Story. Even then, I might end up diverting my attention to Yakuza: Dead Souls coming out mid-March. _________________

It's not high on my list either. There's just too many games coming out in late Feb and March. I'll put it in the backlog for later .

I'm gonna wait for the reviews to come out before making a decision on The Last Story. If it's something that progresses the JRPG genre like Xenoblade then I definitely will get it. _________________

I ordered the limited edition of Last Story from HMV (I think). It was a few dollars more than at ozgameshop. I'm not expecting it to be in the same league as Xenoblade, but still above average as Mistwalker has developed it. Might try and get stuck into it straight away so I'm actually playing the game at the same time as most other people, rather than six months later due to the backlog _________________

Even though Yakuza: Dead Souls isn't Yakuza 5, I think I will playing it non-stop from release.

Add me to the list of people who have ordered the Last Story. I'm keen for another RPG after polishing off Xenoblade and Dark Souls. _________________

Japan is getting a rather nice Kingdom Hearts 3D Anniversary Box:
| Quote: | In the long running tradition of releasing superior special editions exclusively in Japan, Square Enix promised the Kingdom Hearts 3D Anniversary Box. They’ve given fans our first look at the set, and it is totally classy. The box includes the much hyped Kingdom Hearts 3D as well as two DS games: Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days and Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded.
Additionally, it includes a beautiful 3DS case and 12 KH postcards, all housed in a gorgeous box. The set will retail for ¥15,000, which is roughly about $200, and it is, of course, exclusive to Japan for now. Kingdom Hearts 3D will be available in Japan on March 29th. |
