Sega recently announced The House of the Dead 3 along with The House of the Dead 4 will be coming to the Playstation Network of the Playstation 3. In addition to the enhanced high-definition graphics, the port will also support the trophies and the Playstation Move controller.

The House of the Dead 3 was originally released in the Arcades in 2002. Since then, it has appeared on the PC and Xbox. Sega will be publishing The House of the Dead 3 when the on-rails shooter launches for the Playstation 3 via the Playstation Store on February 7th.

Yeah, it does suit the Move well but I honestly wonder what on Earth goes thru their mind when they look at their old classics and decide to keep rehashing the same stuff.

What goes through their minds?

"...it works for Nintendo!"

I enjoyed the House of the Dead that was on the original Xbox. 3 wasn't it?
The should all be more fun with the Move that's for sure.

Best HoTD memory though... Number 2 when that little flying demon thing states, "suffer like G did?"

Nintendo uses the same IP and makes the same style of game, but it isn't a port, unlike SEGA in this case.

No, Overkill is the newest HOTD game.

Order is:

HOTD
HOTD2
HOTD3
HOTD4
HOTD4: Special
HOTD: 2&3 Return
HOTD: Overkill

This game The House of the Dead 3 is suh-weet except it is very short the game can be easily beaten in a half hour. On the plus side after you beat it the full version of The House of the dead 2 becomes unlocked which makes for great replay value. I wish I had two Mad Catz Blaster's. The House of the Dead 3 is worth every cent you put into it
