Goodbye PALGN... for now

Recent event in PALGN had reminded me of my past and in the last hour through PM, I have just realised how much I am worth to some people but not only that, I am receiving some inconsiderate and "I don't care" response. Is this how you treat people? Hint, I only pmed 1 person today.

I am being used and I hate that, I am so close to just open the lid and go full on, this has been bottled up for ages.

This is intended to be much longer than last time as my happiness is at a all time low and I need all the happiness I can get to prepare for a major event in my life (moving out for the first time ever).

I will probably come back for the PALGN Forumer award (only probably for that) or to respond to this thread but given enough time and when I am a more happier person. Who knows what will happen so for now (note, for now!). I will reduce my participation in the forum and I write this in advance just in case I made a disappearing act, you will have some idea why.

I love PALGN, I spend more time on anything PALGN than my bf of 6 years (I guess it is because we lived far apart). My last sentence was said to show you how hard this is for me. I loved it so much I am trying to remain being a fencesitter in the situation which is hard when knowing many staffs/mods of the past and present who dedicated numerous amount of hours for this site.

Thank you James V for your countless effort in trying to help the site with the limitations that is given you. As a "fellow developer", I know how hard it can be to get the recognition you deserve but I know you tried your hardest. You get my top place in the recognition as a result *respect sign*

Thank you bargain bin people, Vervain, Kimberly, Joseph and participants of the bargain topic of the General Game thread. The bargains was one of the reason I stuck around with PALGN. You saved me so much money and my wallet will forever thank all these people!

Thank you forumers who helped each other out. Those from the "One Questions" to the "PC Build" to even just any topic where people need help on. PALGN is fortunate to have a huge variety of people who is from different background.

Thank you staffs/mods who puts up with me on my "Report" button trigger-happy. I am sorry if you got banned due to my report but it was great to see over many years, you guys were punctual and often do it without the world knowing (I am a stalker! ). I see many people are also Reporting over the years!

Thank you the PALGN Community for coming up with great news/topic to talk about in the forum. I don't get to talk much about gaming in real life, it is great to see I can talk about games without the special treatment (gender-wise) that I get in real life. It is also nice to see people from the various industry, PALGN does present itself with some valuable networking opportunity.

I wish I am able to go to Saturday's Sydney PALGN meet. It would've been a great way to meet people and have fun with board games. I am still more than happy to assist people who wish to organise meets and attend them when I am available.

My happiness is at a all-time low and I am just merely removing myself from a recurring source of unhappiness.

This is by far the saddest moment of PALGN's 10 years, you are one of the few members on this site i always took the time to read their posts, even though i never really post/contribute to your posts i have always had alot of respect for them.
