That was me.
Managed to tame one last night too.
I was running around Augusta Tower 300AF for quite a while with no luck. Killed off several with Feral Link abilities too.
Was casually going through 200AF and managed to get one without trying.
My 'slug' healer is still better atm though.

I see a copy....
Should I buy it....
Rayman Origins; still hasn't arrived.
Catherine; comes out next week.
FFXIII-2.... do want.
The price is right, I could make a lower offer to make the deal even sweeter...ARGH... UMBRELLA!

That was where I got mine, I found that in one of the rotatable rooms near the beginning the Flanitor spawned about once every 3 fights max. And about half of those would be a fight against 3 of them... _________________

Found a new copy (AU) for $68... get it?
If I enjoyed FXIII-1... what are the chances I'll enjoy this?

Definitely, I liked XIII too but I think I enjoyed this a bit more. The ending isn't even as bad as they say. _________________

My copy should be here next week. A bit late to the party but oh well.

Mightyape have it in stock for $55 posted. They're in NZ so the shipping time is probably shorter than from the UK. (Edit: Actually it seems it's out of stock again.)

If you liked XIII, I'd definitely say it's worth a buy.
You may not like it as much as admeister but it's a solid, fun sequel.
Enjoy Rayman and Catherine too, amazing games.

Zzzz I'm still waiting for my fucking copy. Ordered it on the first of Feb at TheHub. Still haven't heard anything about it. Meanwhile, I ordered a book from another UK store on the 5th and I got that yesterday. _________________

That sucks, guys. I hate it when international posts takes a while, especially when it's a game that you really want to play. That's why I always order any game that I absolutely need to have on day 1 locally. I paid a little more, but it was totally worth it. _________________

If I had the extra $30 every time I would do it too. But I've yet to find a job, and still need to get Dark Souls/Amalur, while also preparing my wallet for Borderlands 2 and Mass Effect 3. I'm a very sad panda. _________________

$30? I paid $69 for my copy of FFXIII, trading in old games is the key. No job here either. _________________

It would be nice if Australian game prices were in line with the rest of the world so I could just go down to the shop and buy it. I'm happy to pay for a new release at $60, not $100 or parting with my games to get the price lower.

^ This. I just can't sell/trade-in a game when I've spent 30+ hours on it. I'd only do that if the game was really crap, otherwise the games just start to feel like good friends

^ Bingo. Hence why I search the trade in threads/boards for people who are done with the game and still have it in mint condition.
Meanwhile, its been 5 days since Rayman was posted and it STILL hasn't arrived. I hate Australia Post, unreliable bastards.

That seems a little much to me. Good friends? I wouldn't go that far, I guess I'm just not that sentimental. Whether I trade a game in or not depends on how much I liked it. If I really, really liked it, then I'll keep it. Especially if I can see myself coming back and playing it again in the future. If not, then I trade it in. My current trade-in pile consists of Red Faction: Armaggedon and Vanquish. I enjoyed both of them, but not enough to hang on to them. I keep more games than I trade-in, but it's always nice to have a few sitting around as trade bait for when there's a game that I just have to get on day 1. To this day, I've never regretted trading in a single one. _________________

Can't say I feel the same way Coltaine. I only hold onto games if I like them, even if I never intend on playing them again.

I finally managed to pick up my copy of FFXIII-2 (I was in Cambodia when it was released) and I was expecting to get the LE, but I somehow got the Crystal Edition and only paid $30 (the initial deposit) _________________

There isn't, thank goodness. That's one of the reasons why I have the Platinum now. _________________

oh i just noticed you guys talking about Flanitor. I got it with my first encounter with it. I thought it was strange that it's my only 3 star monster so far, lucky me =p the multi-heal special move is great for emergency situations.
Also I could never sell a JRPG as I'm going to build a JRPG Empire in my house! _________________

It's fantastic, especially later on in the game. It's the main reason why he's considered to be either the best or second best medic monster in the game. _________________
