Indeed we do.

I've moved coffee places, the place I used to be a regular at were serving Calima coffee, it has some flavour without being too bitter and from what I read. Then it changed to Grinders and it got a bit too bitter for my liking but by chance, a Spanish deli/cafe opened up near work that has Calima coffee but for 20 cents more
For Sydney people, for whatever reason you want machine coffee from Woolies in the Sydney CBD (it said Vittoria coffee but it doesn't taste like the ones I got from cafe which has a more roasty taste), drink it without the cheap thin plastic lid because the plastic seems to have melt into the coffee and it taste like that!
I used to be a fan of Vittoria coffee when I was a uni student. It used to have this roasty taste to it but it seems like it lost it over the year unless my tastebuds changed.
Vittoria and Calima is roasted in NSW, Grinders is in VIC. Not sure what effect that will do for coffee (I'm a noob).
I don't mind bitter if it balances with sweet like condensed milk like a good Cafe Suada (Vietnamese Iced White Coffee) but for everyday coffee... the difference was so noticable. Man, now I feel like coffee, something exotic like the Malaysian one which I recommend people to try the good one, they mix the coffee by pouring and its coffee with condensed milk. _________________ "Work hard now, play even harder later"

Anywhere I guess; nowhere in particular. Was just hoping for some non-CBD places that I haven't heard of. I'm not a fan of the CBD and wouldn't go there for a coffee (I don't work in the CBD either).

Go through my fair share of coffee pretty much all times of day, although now trying to cut out on buying it outside (saving money/usually find the milk used in coffee is often out too long and makes me sick, so sometimes just have short or long black).
Also parents own/operate a coffee shop too... so making your own Coffee sure beats what most people serve. Found piazza d'oro to be the best flavour and strength for myself, a lot of places use beans that only have a strong bitterness to them.
