Took a trip out tonight to check a mate's gig and see what he's like, as well as meet up with some friends. Two good things;
1) Mate's gig was surprisingly amazing. Very short set, and I had never seen him live, but he has an incredibly lively and wild stage presence. It just worked so much better than I could have expected. The music was like a mix of Primus and Eagles of Death Metal, with his lunacy thrown in for good measure.
2) Caught up with a friend of a friend who I hadn't seen in a long time. She's the most lovely sweet amazing beautiful girl in the world and I fall head over heels in love with her every time we speak. Most people tend to feel that way when they meet her. She's just so lovely.
So, a good night then.

I just bought Armand de Brignac rose wine online in preparation for valentines day... I've always been the buy-from-the-bottle-shop type so here's hoping we can tell the difference  If nothing else the bottle and box it comes in are REALLY pretty.

Big day today!!! Feeling all grown up and stuff.
Got handed the keys to my first ever place (purchased it with my bf). Oh boy, first time moving out and stuff, exciting and scary and exciting!. One set came in a girly type keychain with gemstones... that will be my bf's one!
It is a 3 bedroom unit place where all bedrooms has a built-in wardrobe with compartments and drawers, great for storing unwanted items!
Combining the things from my mother and my bf's family has given to us, we got multiples of house stuff (toothbrushes, toothpaste, plates, cups, toilet papers etc) and a bbq which is great for our big balcony 
Still empty since bed is coming tomorrow between 7-9am and the rest of the things are still at my bf's place.
