Sharknife 2 is like the duke nukem forever of indie comics. Except hopefully not shit when it finally comes out.
The first one came out in 2006 and for my money was the best comic released last decade.
The plot is stupid, basically a chinese restraunt has walls fall of monsters, and the dish pig turns into a super hero to fight them when he eats a fortune cookie, the entire thing is just an excuse for Corey Lewis to draw awesome fight scenes. Which is fucking fine by me.

^ This guy crash landed in my backyard this afternoon. At first I thought he'd hurt himself, but he's actually just scored a fresh kill (some sort of smaller black and white bird) and there were feathers everywhere. Tried to follow him after he flew away a couple of times, kill in tow, but couldn't get close enough for a better photo. There were some crows chasing him for their share too.
Not something you see every day!

Not really sure. I think it's a hawk of some sort but it's definitely some sort of raptor. It's the size of a large crow, so way too small for any eagle I know of. It could be a falcon, but it doesn't really seem 'speedy' enough if you know what I mean.

Although I didn't get a good look at his underside to see if it was barred, it kind of looks like it might be from the tail feathers.
