There's no such games. You can get the Platinum or 1000/1000GS on any game without downloading its DLC.

For example Uncharted 2, it won't let you get the Platinum trophy without downloading the expansion maps which have their own trophies. And considering those trophies are multiplayer trophies and with everyone playing Uncharted 3 doesn't leave you with much hope in getting them.

Hmmm are you sure? I am pretty sure the trophies with a + on them are not necessary for plat.

This is certainly false. I didn't purchase any of the DLC and yet I have the platinum.

The way I thought is that you get platinum/true 1000/1000GS for the game if you have 1000/1000 or all the trophy for the game without the DLC.
DLC adds more trophies or gamerscore towards the game but if you reached 1000 or trophies equivalent which had DLC, you will not get platinum/true 1000/1000 for the game.
Still annoying for those that want to appear to have done 100% of the game.
