I just hope that they'll be able to ship the games to Australia. _________________

Well, they are at the moment. Considering they ship other console games, without shipping the console itself, I'd think you're in the clear. _________________

They only ship some console games though, and it seems to be kind of random, it's not even "every game for this console" - some of the 3DS games I buy ship here, some don't. And yes, everything is sold by Amazon. _________________

New 3DS consoles are currently going for $198 at EB. I wonder if this is a bad sign for the 3DS' sales? _________________

Doubt it. The 3DS is the fastest selling console/handheld in Australian history. 200,000 units were sold in the 37 weeks after launch. Bests even the Wii. _________________

It was $198 at JB a week ago "on sale now" but now it appears to be back to $219 _________________

Spotted on ozbargain:
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom PS3 AND 360 for $29 at JB Hifi.
Apparently available online and in-store, I'll have to pop in tomorrow and see for myself. It's currently going for $36 on Ozgameshop so it being $7 cheaper and easier to obtain sounds like a fairly good deal to me.
Update:
I can confirm that it's going for $29. It's on sale at that price along with a few other Capcom games eg. Dead Rising 2: Off the Record.
I had to order it online as they did not have any discs and manuals to put into the cases available. It seems that staff had been making the mistake of putting UMvC3 into the empty cases of people purchasing MvC3. _________________

Yeah. It makes no sense that they'd ship a region-locked console but not a region free one. Amazons gonna Amazzon, I guess. _________________

I wonder if people who ordered before they changed the shipping region will still get them? Surely they would. _________________

It might be worth checking your junk mail, I've had it show up in my junk folder one or two times. _________________

Just remember that if you buy Saints Row 3 on PS3 and redeem the online pass before February 13 you get to download Saints Row 2 for free... _________________
