Basically pretty much everyone quit, but weather or not they'll start writing again for the new site is really up to them. As far as I'm aware its a if they want to they'd be glad to have em but no ones being forced situation.

Just to reiterate, the reason that nothing has been said until now, is that we don't have a definitive answer. Be it attempting to salvage PALGN, be it an attempt to work with Roland, be it an attempt to start something new; numerous setbacks (this leak being the latest) have prevented us from moving forward with it.
Simply, I don't want to come to everyone and say "Oh hai, this might happen eventually..." or "Watch this space indefinitely"... No, I wanted to come and say definitely "This is what will happen now". Clearly it hasn't worked out that way, but know that it's been a tireless mulled over for at least a year.

Sorry I didnt mean it had to make sense I guess I was trying to look at it from the other side of the coin as why the complaints etc were falling on def ears.

Actually, no. Someone created an account at GD, just to post that entire conversation, but it was promptly deleted on the grounds of privacy concerns, and the person was banned (the account-holder's IP address was one that had previously been banned).

i am not quite sure about the rage over this gamer dungeon, pretty sure he asked first if he could bring it up here when the game exchange died and then was thankful to staff for the opportunity to do so.

And then Falcon came here to continue dramas about his poor moderation over at GamerDungeon and Furianshi suggested that PALGN is shit and GD is best in oz, which understandably caused a bit of tension.

Personally I thought it created more lolz than tension. The whole thing was childish in the extreme. Some people seem to forget that we participate in the forums for fun, no one's making you log in.
As a final lol, I just found out I'm banned at GD despite not visiting there in months.
