Yes, it is universal. You can tell by the little + that shows up next to the price in the search/top lists, or on the price in the app page.

Been playing it on the Sony S Type, seems a little buggy. I went up to 6 different cars and i couldn't get into any of them, the guy just walks along the side of the car, turns around walks to the other end, turns around etc.
