Is it just me or do I feel a little cheated/let down by the steps=coins thing? The idea in itself is brilliant but 100 steps = 1 coin is a tad low for me personally. I walked to the supermarket the other day as a test try with my 3DS in lieu, it's about a 5 minute walk. Notched up nigh on 600 steps each way. Which means in 10 minutes I've already 'earnt' all the coins I can in one day. _________________

I guess they need to limit it somehow. Would make Puzzle Swap and Streetpass Quest too easy if you could just walk for an hour for huge amounts of coins. _________________

I'm not talking about upping the limit of the coins available each day, I'm fine with the ten on offer.
I suppose I'm complaining about how easy it is to get them. _________________

Pfft, I farm about ~200 per day while at work. Place the 3DS in my pocket, start shaking my leg (usually do this while I'm working anyways), gather 10 coins, reset the day to yesterday then set it back to today. Repeat.
BECAUSE I NEED HATS.

And regisered.
Sure its unlikely i will win, but hey, a free 3DS? I have no qualms.
In hindsight, i shoulda picked the peach 3DS as i would see that as one that is least popular. _________________ "If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving is not for you."

Registered Always nice to get free stuff ... though it cost a packet to get that free stuff, but that's beside the point
I've got enough to do two entries, so I'll see how I go. Good luck to anyone else that enters

Does anyone know if this competition has already passed on the US Club Nintendo? I hope I haven't missed out on a free download of Kid Icarus. _________________

Nope, nothing so far for the US 3DS. I've been checking periodically since it was announced for PAL regions and so far it's only been for those PAL regions.

Select download later and then put your 3DS into sleep mode. _________________

This took me a while as it isnt very intuitive. You have to click on the side box that says you have registered 2 valid products click here to register email (or something along those lines). It then opens the promotion page and after waiting a few seconds a box pops up that asks for an email address. After that you get a confirmation email, which asks you to wait for up to 10 days for the code. _________________ "If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving is not for you."

It was announced as a pre-order bonus for Kid Icarus Uprising in the States. _________________

Looks like they needed to be registered within certain dates. So looks like I won't be able to enter unless I buy two new games. This is particularly frustrating considering that I have 7 3DS games and will be unable to enter because I entered the codes too quick. _________________ There's No Place Like 127.0.0.1

I entered OoT when I bought it so I'd have enough points to get the zelda posters, and it counted that and said I was elegible as soon as I registered Mario Kart 7.
It may be that you have to register at least one of the elegible games during the promotion period. Or it might be an error. _________________ "If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving is not for you."

I didn't register any within the promo period, still let me enter though as I have all my 3ds titles registered. _________________

I registered all but one of my eligible games outside the promotion period and my account still says I need to register another game to get the Kid Icarus code and enter the comp. I went to Myer today to see if I could grab an eligible title on the cheap, but no luck. I did get 10 Streetpass hits though, so it wasn't all bad news _________________

Checked out the RE Revelations demo. Graphics are really nice, I was shocked out great the opening cut-scene was. It's classic RE game play with a weird first person view. Game looks nice though, I think I'll pick it up. _________________ Shin J Leon.

A few Game and JB stores are stocking Ace Combat 3DS, and I've heard good things about it. Might check it out when it goes cheap though, too many things coming up.

Just so you know, you can toggle between first and third person in the options menu, so if you like a RE4-esque aiming system you can use that instead. There's also a 3D graphics enhancement option. At the highest strength the 3D looks excellent. _________________
