I just joined the PALGN GP community. It's too late now, but we should get some races happening tomorrow night!
EDIT: Just played some online races. It was pretty good, I didn't get any lag at all, although I did have a few drop-outs (while in first place too!) which was really annoying, but I'll definitely be playing a lot more of this. _________________

I'm also enjoying the races
But i've found that the ghost data is a little more fun sometimes, especially after a round of losing to a bullet bill >.>
Not quite sure how all the ghost data works or anything like that. As soon as you play/beat a ghost its gone from the channel.
EDIT: I'm all in for some online PALGN GP races. _________________ "If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving is not for you."

Hmmm. Did you try the other code on the second page? The first Community set-up was apparently buggy.
Also, I think, due to the small size of the group times for people to get on and race would need to be organized here. I've not yet managed to have a race. _________________ "If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving is not for you."

Got this as a xmas pressie today. Surprised how awesome the graphics are. With Starfox, this and Mario, 3DS is quite impressive graphically. _________________ Shin J Leon.

Nintendo are idiots if they don't release extra tracks as DLC for this game.
I mean, there is like 28 other tracks in Mario Kart Wii which are pretty much ready to be thrown into the mix. Nintendo could release a bunch of them and see how well they sell before they create original tracks.
Hell, just add in some more characters and karts. _________________

I just got my hands on Mario Kart 7 today and love it! I tried to play two games online and despite using a crappy USB wireless access point dongle (my modem is wired), I can see that the online infrastructure in this game is solid!
I am seriously thinking about grabbing a wireless modem / router just so I can play this online as I am yet to finish an online race due to drop out.
It's fine for downloading software updates or eShop stuff, etc.. but just can't handle gameplay unfortunately
I have added the PALGN GP for all it's worth. See you all next week hopefully!

The best part about online is the SpotPass ghost data, in my opinion. It has essentially given the game infinite longevity for me. So good. _________________

After logging into the channel, I was able to grab community recommendations and spot pass ghost data too. I really want to race live people though!

Ok, so the Palgn league is too small to reliably get matches going, it requires too much co-ordination, since anyone who wants to join needs to be starting at the same time. I was thinking, within mk7 you can go into your friends list and if someone is currently playing, you can join them. This is a much easier way to get Palgn games going. So, we should add people to our 3ds friends so we can play each other easier. I've started adding people, but some people here haven't added their codes yet.
Can people add me? And add each other too? My FC is up in the friend code thread, but for convenience, I'll postit here, too. 5198-2855-6540. If it says pending, send us a pm, and I'll add you.
