I hang around the gates of primary schools at 3pm, go to shopping malls near high schools around 4pm and loiter around swimming centers on weekends when the swimming lessons are on to get Street Pass hits.

Awesome. MS are finally pumping good pc titles again, After realising it actually helps the windows platform. After having previously fired many really great and profitable pc games development studios when some fuckwits in management thought it would be non-core to their xbox direction. go team microsoft go!

bought some fucking awesome absinthe. I usually drink the green fairy stuff that's like a 60%. I decided to splash out and get Djabel that's like 70% ($90 so that's a bit rough). But it tastes fucking amazing. I was putting a fair amount in with my mixes but it was far smoother then anything I've ever drunk with the green fairy stuff.

Job interview this morning went pretty well. Fingers crossed they pick me and give me money for doing things.
Also, got a buzz at 7:30 in the morning at my door. Package for me. Open it up and wtf, it's my replacement water cooler from Corsair.
As an FYI, I put through my advanced RMA just last Friday so...it took like, 2 days to get here from overseas.
Holy shit Corsair are amazingly fast.

The discount period for my home loan is just about up, and the loan type it falls back to after it expires is really crappy. I enquired with my bank today what fees I'll have to pay to transfer my loan to a better one and found out it'll only cost me the transfer fee($495).
I know that's still a fair wad of cash, but I was worried i'd also have to pay exit fees, application fees etc.
Plus it's oh so much more convenient that I'm not being forced to change banks, as that'd be the biggest pain in the arse.

Benz, Neo: If you're after a good absinthe, keep your eyes out for La FĂ©e Parisienne. It is the best that I've been able to get my hands on thus far, by a long shot. That green fairy stuff, like most that you'll find in standard bottle shops, is pretty ordinary I find.
Looks like this:
You can find it in some specialty liquor stores, and you can find it for sale online. You'll be looking at ~$90 most likely, but if you want to drink some tasty absinthe then it's well worth it.
