THQ are a bunch of broke assholes trying to make so much content paid DLC. I was quite upset about this fact with Saints Row 3.

For mine, one of the better releases in recent times and I was glad I actually felt challenged.
Still plenty of areas that need to be addressed for future instalments but this is the first time in a long time I feel as if the series is on the right track.
I'd only recommend it to WWE fans and even then I'd tell them to wait for it to drop down in price. There's no way you should pay full price for this game. In fact, renting the game may even satisfy you. RTWM only takes a solid day or two's worth of gameplay and even then it's really not THAT worthwhile.

This game is also extremely glitch heavy in the weapons matches. The much vaunted physics engine of last year is worse, rather than better. WWE Universe mode has had some very minimal changes which is a shame since the devs promised that Universe would be a major focus.

The DLC is not overdone in this game at all.
Looking at the list of DLC (with the exception of Divas) all the characters are not in the current roster and are only their for nostalgia/novelty benefits.
There are still 63 characters in game, with a few legends and the majority of the current RAW/Smackdown roster.
