I haven't played Yoshi's Island.
Actually kinda makes me sad that some of these games wont get to everyone who gets a 3DS. _________________ "If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving is not for you."

There's some new items on Club Nintendo Australia, most important of all a second Game and Watch collection for DS!

A super brief rundown? Since you only just bought your 3DS, you're shit out of luck.
A less brief, actually more helpful rundown? You had to buy your 3DS and go online and download something to register it by whatever date it was a couple of months ago. If you did you would have gotten an ambassador certificate thingo, the 10 NES games on offer and soon you'll get the GBA games too. But seeing as you just bought your 3DS this won't apply to you. And, thus, again, you're shit out of luck.

On a completely unrelated but still related note, I noticed the Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva animated movie advertised as on sale on DVD at BigW in their catalogue. A little research and I figured out it's on sale as of today.

I grabbed it on blu-ray very cheaply from Amazon UK a few months ago, so remember that's an option too. Still haven't watched it though >_<
(and yes! I had enough CN points Running out though, if they bring out the gold nunchuk here I might need to throw my dupes on my bf's CN account) _________________

Well I got a notification on my 3DS about it, so I can only assume we'll get them then too!
EDIT: It's also been reported that from 1am on December 16 Australian 3DS ambassadors will have access to the list of GBA games here...
So we shall have the games tomorrow. Should be good!

You mean I can play Metroid Fusion again? Well okay. If I must.
Now put Zero Mission up on the store and we've got ourselves a stew going. _________________

So long time 3DS owners can now not only play Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7, but also Yoshi's Island? I am finally jealous.

Only if you bought the console before September, or whatever the cut-off was. _________________

It's convoluted. Go into the store, go to system settings in the store or whatever, and check your list of previously downloaded goods. The titles will appear in there, and you have to click 'Redownload'. _________________

It's a pretty nice list, Minish Cap is something I never got to play. I am pleased with the list. _________________ Shin J Leon.

Thanks Jarrod.
Agree with Leon, I'm keen to play Minish Cap, Fire Emblem and Yoshi's Island. Hell pretty much all of them will get some time I reckon. _________________

I know what I'll be doing tonight.
Just don't know where to start! Fire Emblem? Minish Cap? Wario Land? or play something completely new? Hmmm decisions decisions. _________________ "If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving is not for you."

Personally, I have to say that WarioWare is pretty good fun. I've played every other game on the list before, so I'm just picking something amusing to play. It's a great list indeed, and it's nice to own some of these again. _________________

Has anyone tried playing the games in their original screen size?
I could have sworn my GBA screen was bigger than that. _________________ "If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving is not for you."

It's not about physical size, it's about resolution.

Gah, it's hard to be mad at Nintendo for not pushing towards more new 3DS games when they give us 20 games for free (10 of which are fantastic GBA games).
I'm on to you Nintendo.

Man, they really ruined the music a bit in the GBA version of Yoshi's Island. I haven't played this version before, a lot of it is all tinny and different. _________________

Yeah, I checked on my U.S console, no dice. Looks like Nintendo are sticking with their release date over there. Not too much longer to wait though! _________________
