just wondering how im meant to access the DLC , i got mine off the EU store to match up with my EU copy of the game but im not so srue its being picked up , is there somthing im missing ?

That's certainly strange! I've done a bit of searching, but can't find anyone else with that problem. Did you make sure that the DLC ID matches the disc ID of your game?

After downloading it, you should only need to go to the Downloadable Content option from the game's main menu. Just select Pigsy's Perfect 10, it has its own menu.

ah hmm , probbly has alot to do with despite resycing my tryhpys the game didnt like me not having an internt connection pretty much all my unocked ones delocked when i booted the game up , when i tried to accses the DLC menu it more or less told me i was viewing age resticted content  this was a few days ago , il report back once iv got everything syced and fixed

edit : botched it thats what i get for trying to do ten million things at once wili packing for a holiday , the bles is 00989 from what i can gather thats mainland EU , the account that i set up was for the UK and as such the bles on the store is 00990 , it seems that on launch the DLC wasint even put on the correct stores to begin with , only reason i have this version of the game is due to mighty ape not marking there stock as "import" had i kown it would lead up to this i would have just returned it at the time.

That sucks! You really have to be careful with European DLC, sometimes little things like that can happen.
